New Stuff

The new Swap Shop is a marketplace where you can exchange philatelic items with like-minded members without needing money to get what you want.

It's accessible from the navigation menu:

All you own swap items are also accessible from your profile menu:

How It Works

→ You post an item that you would like to swap, stating it's approximate worth (in US dollars) and indicate the type of item(s) you would want in return.

Another member (we'll call the swapper) makes an offer suggesting their item(s) in the Swap Shop that they would like to exchange for it.

You can either accept or reject the offer.

You both must confirm that the item(s) have been received before the swap is flagged as complete.

Either of you can cancel the transaction before it is complete.

I understand that is different; here you can Exchange in basis to the Price-catalogue, example: 1 stamp or S/sheet, cover, etc.,  of $10.00 in Exchange for one or 2 of $5.00 mint or used but with the same value;  not in common form as 100X100 1: x 1:

Does the swap shop differ from For Exchange ads in that there is an estimated value for the item?
